My Wife purchased air ticket for family to Hyderabad last month which she got cancelled on 15th May. She paid cancellation charges as per your company norms.
Today we came to know the balance amount is NOT credited back to us but is credited to some cell or your business account with a clause that we need to utilize this amount to buy air ticket from you within a year!!
I need to understand are you forcing your customers to buy from you? Why were we not told about this when we purchased the tkt, which I beleive is pure cheating!, Is this approved by IATA?
For sure, after this incident we are not going to pursue your services & advice our colloegues & friends accordingly.
