Customer services of Baluja sports is really really horrible.
I purchased a excercise cycle from them.
Their technician came to my house without proper tools.
Still cycle is not usable.
I have lodged my complaint atleast five times at their shop.
But up to now nobody has turned up.
I suggest everybody not to take any material from them as do not know at all how to handle customers.
